(NPS®) of 90.9 for its annual 2016 survey. The
score not only exceeds the average for the finance industry of 32
by 58.9 points, according to Temkin Group's Net Promoter
Score® Benchmark Study, it outranks all
businesses across all industries.

The NPS® system measures customer satisfaction and
loyalty based on survey responses on a 0 to 10
scale-promoters respond with a score of 9 to 10,
detractors respond with a score of 0 to 6 and
passives respond with a score of 7 to 8. NPS®
is calculated by percentage of promoters minus the
percentage of detractors. Scores can be as low as -100 or
as high as +100. "Best-in-class" performance is 50 and higher.
FirsTech received 90.9 percent of responses from
promoters and 9.1 percent of responses from
passives-resulting in an unprecedented score of 90.9, an
increase of 6.3 percent from 2015.
